Justine Grice
Justine joined VisitWorcester in July 2009 as Office Administrator working primarily with the Head of VisitWorcester and providing a support service for key team projects. Justine has worked in the private and public sector and was formerly a relationship manager at Business Link West Midlands, having worked for the Chamber of Commerce and Business Link Herefordshire and Worcestershire for over 11 years.
Originally from Lancashire, Justine moved to Worcestershire around 25 years ago and is proud to say that her maternal grandmother was born in Worcester.
Justine works Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Karen Massey
Karen is a member of the Worcester BID Street Ranger team and joined in March 2010. She was born in Worcester and gained a degree at the Birmingham Conservatoire of Music. Previous to joining VisitWorcester Karen has worked as a Police Officer and a Music Teacher.
Cynthia Palmer
Cynthia joined VisitWorcester in May 2010 to support Georgia Smith and take on the role of city centre manager. She previously worked as the city centre manager of Hereford and has extensive experience of working in both the public and private sectors. Cynthia moved to Malvern ten years ago from Hertfordshire where she had been the County Tourism Officer with Hertfordshire County Council. She has project-managed three European funded tourism projects and looks forward to working as part of a winning team. Outside work Cynthia loves to walk the Malvern Hills and is a keen bellringer.
Amanda Millichip
Amanda joined VisitWorcester in February 2007. She was formerly Assistant Tourism & Marketing Manager for Worcester City Council. Within her role she promotes Worcester as a major visitor destination, maintains visitworcester.com, delivers a marketing & publicity programme for Worcester and compiles data on tourist statistics. She started her career in customer services for a worldwide hotel chain and progressed to project work that involved developing new systems and travelling around the world to implement them. Jack Hince
Jack joined VisitWorcester in March 2007 as a Crime Reduction Manager. His main role is to co-ordinate and manage the Worcester CityNet Anti-Crime Group. This group is a professional approach to combating retail and city centre crime in Worcester. Crime reduction initiatives involving retailers, the police and other agencies throughout Worcester share good practice, information and promote partnership working. Jack is a retired police officer who spent the last 21 years of his service in Worcester. Originally from Wales, and proud of his Welsh heritage, Jack and his family live in Worcester and he is dedicated to his role in helping make the city a safer place to shop. Hazel Alley
Hazel joined VisitWorcester in March 2010 as the Worcester Business Improvement District (BID) Co-Ordinator.
She grew up in Malvern and has lived and worked in Worcestershire for the majority of her life. Hazel was formerly the office manager at Tudor Grange Academy and also has many years experience working in corporate events for a local event company EML, Event Management & Logistics Ltd. She loves to cook and bribes her colleagues with cakes and biscuits. She also enjoys cycling in the summer months down by the river and racecourse.
Jean Lowth
Nadja von Dahlen
Nadja joined VisitWorcester in June 2009 as its Events' Co-ordinator. Her role is to deliver the existing events in the calendar, such as the Worcester Christmas Fayre, to develop new events and to co-ordinate Streetscene bookings. Nadja completed a modern apprenticeship with a long-haul tour operator in Germany before moving to Birmingham where she successfully completed her BA tourism studies and her MA in Tourism Business Administration. During her studies Nadja worked as a Visitor Services Assistant for Marketing Birmingham. Before working for VisitWorcester she was responsible for developing group travel and travel trade to Shakespeare Country and representing the Heart of England and Britain's Heritage Cities at domestic and international trade shows.
