This lecture by Arts Worcestershire looks into the challenge of our heritage.

It details art collections, buildings and historic sites that shape our national and local identity and add inestimable value to our economic, social and cultural life.
Can governments continue to support them? Will public collections, buildings and heritage sites that attract hordes of visitors eventually self-destruct? What is the best formula for the long-term preservation of our art treasures – and does it matter if there is less heritage available in the future?
