Australia has truly risen above its ‘budget’ reputation and now makes powerful reds like Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, zesty and delicious Riesling and bright, fresh Sauvignon to name but a few. Often excellent value and demonstrating a real winemaking skill in the process.
