WODYS presents Carousel!

WODYS (Worcester Operatic and Dramatic Society Youth Section) has chosen the fantastic Rodgers and Hammerstein masterpiece Carousel for its next production, following on from the group’s super-successful show, Shrek The Musical.

Carousel is one of the truly great musicals and tells the story of the love affair between Billy Bigelow, a smooth-talking carousel barker, and Julie Jordan, a naïve young mill worker.  The show is set to one of the most celebrated scores of all time, including The Carousel Waltz, If I Loved You, June is Bustin’ Out All Over and You’ll Never Walk Alone.

This award-winning musical, which has captivated audiences around the world with its powerful love story and beautiful music, will be performed by 65 super-talented WODYS, aged 8 to 18. Book early – WODYS shows sell out!
